¡¡Nov.24, 2005, by issuing document [2005] No. 2552, the National Development and Reform Commission entrusted BOT Investment Co., Ltd. to evaluate the Ailing to Ruijin Road project in Jiangxi Province.
¡¡Upon receiving the document, our corporation immediately organized a project expert term, made front preparation and set down specific working schedule. Wei Baisong, the Vice President led the project team and expert team to the project site in Ruijin of Jiangxi province to make investigation, and then held a research meeting on the FSR, followed by detailed communication and discussion with relevant project institutions on existing questions. After comprehensive evaluation on the Application Report and the supplementary materials, our corporation submitted BOT Transportation [2006] No. 003 ¡°Evaluation Report on the Application Report of the Ailing to Ruijin Road project in Jiangxi Province¡± to the NDRC on Jan. 27, 2006, and successfully completed this evaluation task.
¡¡The construction scale of this project is: the total length is 31 km; the total length of the bridges is 3301 m; the construction period is 2 years. The estimated investment of this project is 1.002 billion RMB, of which 0.966 billion is static investment.
¡¡The construction of the proposed project is necessary to the completion of the trunk lines of the state expressway network, the implementation of the development planning of the transportation network in Jiangxi province, the completion of the regional comprehensive transportation system, and the adaptation to the regional transportation development. The completion of this project would bring obvious social profit to the following aspects: the implementation of the grow-up strategy in the middle region, fastening the economic development of the middle region, promotion of the casting-off poverty in the old revolution area, promotion of the construction of harmonious society, development of the Red Tourism, promotion of the socialized spiritual civilization construction, promotion of the combat readiness for the transportation ability as well as development of the state defensive combat readiness construction, etc.
