As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on June 26, 2008 ,? ?BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the audition of the Preliminary Design Budget for The No.22 Middle School Change and Enlarge Construction Project. Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On July 1, 2008, the evaluation and expert team visited the project spot in Dongcheng District to carry out investigation and hold an appraisal meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions relating to the concerned issues. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Preliminary Design Budget and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on July 4, 2008, by submitting the document named “the Audit Report of the Preliminary Design Budget for The No.22 Middle School Change and Enlarge Construction Project” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The project includes building demolition works, the new bike base on the underground floor, rebuilding teaching book building、office building and laboratory building；implementing water supply、sewage discharge、power supply、telecommunication etc. municipal corollary equipment and the construction of greening 、playground 、gate and wall with the estimated budget is RMB 63.12million.
