As entrusted by the Invest Beijing International Co. as well as the Beijing Development and Reform Commission on May 29, 2008, BOT Investment Co., Ltd. undertook the evaluation of Funds Application Report for Six Municipal Roads （ Laogucheng 2nd Road、Gucheng West Road、Gucheng West Street、West Huangcun Road、 Southern Road of Hope Park、Yongyin Northern Road）of The Renovation of Dangerous Houses Community Project in Shijingshan District . Our corporation immediately established a project expert term, made preliminary preparations for the evaluation work and set down detailed work schedules.
On June 3, 2008, the evaluation and expert team to the project spot in Shijingshan District to carry out investigation and hold a research meeting, followed by detailed communication and discussions with relevant project institutions about the questions. After the comprehensive evaluation on the Item Funds Application Report and the supplementary materials supplied by the project institutions, our corporation successfully completed the evaluation task on June 13, 2008,by submitting the document named “The Evaluation Report of Six Municipal Roads（ Laogucheng 2nd Road、Gucheng West Road、Gucheng West Street、West Huangcun Road、 Southern Road of Hope Park、Yongyin Northern Road）of The Renovation of Dangerous Houses Community Project Item Funds Application Report in Shijingshan District ” to Beijing Development and Reform Commission.
The main scope of this project: construct six municipal roads in Laogucheng etc. renovation of dangerous houses community and corollary municipal comprehensive pipeline network with the estimated budget is RMB 699 million.
