As entrusted by the National Development and Reform Commission, BOT Co., Ltd. has finished the Feasibility Study Report of the Baoji-Tianshui Highway on the Lianyungang-Huoerguosi State Trunk (GZ45) (hereinafter Feasibility Study Report). The expert panel established by the project team of BOT Co., Ltd. had a symposium on the feasibility study report of the Baoji-Tianshui Highway on the Lian-Huo State Trunk (GZ45) in Tianshui City Jiangsu Province during April 6th to 9th, 2005, and carried out site review.
　The proposed Baoji-Tianshui Highway starts from Hanquan of Tianshui City to Shilipu West of the Tianshui City. This project is not only a part of the expected Lian-Huo State Trunk (GZ45), a part of the Lian-Huo Highway which is the horizontal line of the planned national highway network, but also a part of the road network in Jiangsu Province.
　After integrating material of all aspects, the project team evaluated the traffic volume forecast, construction scheme, implementation arrangement, project financing arrangement and social benefits, re-adjusted the project national economic assessment and financial analysis according the adjusted investment evaluation, and gave detailed advices to the financing scheme.BOT Co., Ltd. finished the assessment report on May 20, 2005 and submitted to the National Development and Reform
