?　According to the No. 72 of 2004, the Announcement of the National Development and Reform Commission of the PRC, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of investment consulting and assessment, to enhance scientific and democratic investment decision making, and in line with the principles of impartialness, fairness, openness and competition, the NDRC has organized relative institutions and experts to make evaluation, and appointed BOT Investment Co. Ltd as one of the consulting organizations to assume the consultancy and assessment for the NDRC. BOT Investment Co. Ltd will undertake the consultancy and assessment on application reports of the enterprise-invested projects as approved by the NDRC or to be submitted to the State Council for Approval. The investment projects approved by the government shall be proposed by investment department of the State Council together with other relative departments, and shall be submitted to the State Council for approval prior to the execution.
